As the most unusual of years draws to a close, we take this opportunity to wish you a very blessed Christmas. The circumstances of the past nine months have been a source of challenge and anxiety for many people. However, our St John's Newtown banners remind the entire GLC community that it's at this time of the year that we should focus our attention on celebrating the coming of the 'Prince of Peace'. Despite the circumstances around us, we can take solace in the fact that Jesus came to earth to share in our humanity, and understands the challenges that confront us. Just weeks out from celebrating His coming, let's turn our attention to our 'Mighty God' and and 'Everlasting Father' and, indeed be comforted by our 'Wonderful Counsellor'.
