Last Sunday evening we commenced our Refresh worship at AC campus.

This is a relaxed, family friendly time of building community and worship.

We were welcomed with the waft of sizzling sausages and fun games at 5pm and then at 5:30pm we moved into the Hall lit by fairy lights and soft cushions for the kids.

Our worship time explored the theme of Refresh and we shared different ways we recharge our batteries. We reflected on Jesus’ invitation to come to him with our burdens and we were able to place a rock at the cross as a symbol of those things we personally wanted to ‘hand over’.

At 6:15pm we finished up with a blessing and headed home after a chat with new friends.
