While students at both campuses took part in Reconciliation Week activities, it was clear that those at Armstrong Creek had a genuine 'hands on' experience. Red, yellow and black paper was available to create Reconciliation handprints. Three handprints from each class were glued to the indigenous flag bearing three important elements:
- A word that comes to mind about reconciliation (eg. peace, understanding, encourage)
- An action they could take to support reconciliation in their world
- A prayer or hope for reconciliation.
