Community Development Officer

Geelong Lutheran College and St John’s Lutheran School are schools of the Lutheran Church of Australia and as such, are part of the ministry and mission of the church.
The two schools share a governing board, one Principal and Business Manager as well as other key administrative and financial services.
The schools also share similar logos,uniform and policies.
Our schools are seeking a Community Development Officer who is able to deliver effective strategies and outcomes to ensure the current and future reputation of the College and School by building ‘brand’. In so doing, this role is integral in delivering and advancing the strategic direction of the College.
Commencing Term 2, 2017 (negotiable), the Community Development Officer will work with existing staff to create a team environment that ensures a commonality of purpose and communication consistency.
