100 Days of School
On Thursday 3 August, our Prep students celebrated 100 days of school. Their first day at GLC back in February may have been a daunting one, but after 100 days our preps have well and truly made a mark on our College.
This important milestone was celebrated with a fun-filled day. Students wrote about the kinds of things they will do when they are 100 – some will be getting around in a wheelchair, some will be looking after their grandchildren, others sleeping and others will be reading 100 books!
Preps looked into the future to see what they would look like at 100 years old thanks to a special face aging program. This wonderful day of celebrations was topped off with story time with our Campus Principal, Barry Krueger and plenty of dancing, playtime and celebratory cupcakes.
Students received special certificates at assembly acknowledging their 100 day milestone.
Congratulations to all of our Prep students and we hope they enjoy their next 100 days!
