We are almost at the end of Term 3 and what a jam packed term it has been. I pray that the holiday break will give students and staff alike a break from the daily intensity and give the opportunity for a few bugs to disappear so we can look forward to healthier and brighter Term 4.

Our Science building, or Stage 8A as it is affectionately known, is progressing smoothly and it is really wonderful to have the car parks completed for everyone to use. I realise it has been a bit of a journey to get to this point, but at least now we can enjoy the benefits. Stage 8A will be completed by the end of the year and we will be using this facility in 2018. We have now received the greenlight for Stages 6A and 4B. Stage 6A, or the Gymnasium is scheduled to begin later this year and will be constructed during the first half of 2018. I am very excited by the prospect of having our own gym and assembly space after 10 years of assembling in different spaces around the College. The final build in the pipeline is Stage 4B, the final additions to the Technology wing, on the South-East corner, attaching to the current systems and technology rooms.

The growth the College continues and the next few years will see some significant changes in our facilities, setting us up well to kick off the next decade.
